This was the first edition held in Singapore January 2018. Our faculty members involve Aimo Pagin from France, Congyu Wang from Singapore, Vasco Dantas from Portugal, Elena Nesterenko from Russia, Michael Bulychev-Okser from USA, Nicholas Ong from Malaysia, Kim Bo-Kyung from Korea, Benjamin Loh from Singapore; and Eliane Reyes from Belgium. We had a total of 124 applications, and accepted 30 students.

Our 2nd edition was held in Reunion Island in December 2018. The star of the faculty was Dang Thai Son from Vietnam and Canada. The other faculty members include Antonio Di Cristofano from Italy, Congyu Wang from Singapore, Wang Xin from China; and Florian Koltun from Germany. We had a total of 82 applications and accepted 15 students for this elite program.

For the 3rd edition, we returned to Singapore in July 2019. Our faculty members include: Congyu Wang from Singapore, Poom Prommachart from Thailand, Aimo Pagin from France, Philippe Cassard from France, Dario Candela from Italy; and a special performance by trio "The Timecrafters" from Hong Kong, China. This was our biggest festival by far before the pandemic started, and we received a total of 165 applications, and accepted 35 students.

Our 4th Edition of Piano Island Festival was initially planned to be held in Bangkok, Thailand. However, due to COVID-19, we had to postpone our Bangkok Edition. Instead we did an online edition. Faculty members include: Pascal Roge from France, Eliane Reyes from Belgium, Congyu Wang from Singapore, Alvaro Siviero from Brazil, Rena Phua from Singapore, Elena Nesterenko from Russia, Ng Chong Lim from Malaysia; and Poom Prommachart from Thailand. We received a total of 95 applications.

In Oct 2022, we organised "French Piano Series" in Singapore at Victoria Concert Hall, featuring pianists Congyu Wang, Jean-Marc Luisada, and Hayato Sumino. The concerts were a great success. Enjoy the photos.

In our 5th Edition, we held our festival and competition in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We had amazing faculty members Kevin Kenner and Pascal Roge. It was an extensive program with intensive masterclasses and concerts. Competition was competitive and competition winners walked away with fantastic prizes.

1st March 2024, Piano Island Management organised An Evening with Rachmaninoff at Victoria Concert Hall Singapore, featuring Rach 2 by Pianist Congyu Wang, and Rach 3 by Pianist Jonathan Kuo (2nd place winner of 5th Piano Island Competition). It was a full house concert with our Guest of Honour Singapore Minister for Culture, Community and Youth and Second Minister for Law, Minister Edwin Tong SC.
